This applies to the Braava jet® 200 series (not the m6).
NOTE: If you own a m-Series Braava, then you'll want to use the iRobot Home App to create Keep-Out Zones
To prevent Braava jet from going into other rooms, an invisible barrier can be created with Virtual Wall® Mode so that Braava jet will avoid cleaning part of a room or a different floor type. You can also use Virtual Wall Mode to divide a larger room into smaller areas to help Braava jet clean more efficiently.
Use the following procedure to activate Virtual Wall Mode using the iRobot HOME App.
Note: Ensure your mobile device is connected to Braava jet through Bluetooth®.
Open the iRobot HOME App and tap the grey lines on either side of the CLEAN button. The lines will now be blue to indicate that Virtual Wall Mode is activated.
Place Braava jet so that it can navigate forward and to the right, with the boundary extending along the back of the robot.
Virtual Wall Mode will turn off automatically when Braava jet completes its job.
