Charging Error 117 means that the battery may not be iRobot® authentic.
Confirm that you are using an authentic iRobot® Lithium-Ion battery. This charging error and others can occur with aftermarket purchased batteries.
If the error persists, try to reboot your robot by:
- Take the robot off the dock
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
- The robot will power off
- To turn it back on, hold the power button for 3 seconds
