Charging Error 111 indicates a battery hardware fault. Remove the battery from the robot for at least 15 minutes, and place it back in the robot. Then try to run a mission.
If the error persists, try to reboot your robot by:
- Take the robot off the dock
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds
- The robot will power off
- To turn it back on, hold the power button for 3 seconds
While the robot is rebooting, please confirm that your robot has the latest Software installed.
