iRobot is offering customers exclusive refurbished robots. All restored robots come with a standard 90-day limited warranty. The warranty will not cover cosmetic damage or scratches. This machine or its packaging may have minor scratches or imperfections on the exterior. Rest assured that it meets our strictest quality standards and will perform like new.
Refurbished robots sold through eBay also have a 2-year extended warranty through Allstate.

Question: As a Customer, how do I identify one of these robots from a robot sold privately between two sellers?
Answer: For woot!, all woot Refurbished Roombas are direct from iRobot. Private sellers are not on Woot! There is nothing needed to confirm.
For eBay, Look for the Blue Checkmark symbol, which states, either: an item sold directly by the iRobot brand, or a certified eBay Refurbished Robot. There should also be a 2-year warranty listed. Shipping should be from Hazleton, Penn.
Question: What if I have an issue with my robot resulting in needing a part post-purchase? Will you send me the part or should I call the original retailer?
Answer: If a customer has an issue with 90 days of their purchase, we will help troubleshoot the issue. If this results in parts needed, iRobot customer support will send those parts.
After 90 days, we will still help troubleshoot the issue, but the customer would have to purchase a part or replacement if necessary.
