Charging Errors 6 and 7: All Roomba® and Braava® Models

Charging errors six (6) and seven (7) indicate the battery is not charging because it is either too hot or too cold for charging. Ensure the robot is being charged at room temperature, between 60° - 75 °F or 15.5° - 23 °C. Do not charge in an excessively hot environment or near a heating vent, baseboard heater, or radiator. If your robot has been outside in a freezing environment (such as in a cold car trunk), allow it to come to room temperature before attempting to charge.
